Uttar Pradesh government led by CM Yogi Adityanath is operating several welfare schemes for the resident of the state since coming to power in 2016. Before the 2022 assembly elections Yogi Adityanath announced to provide job or self-employment to at least one member of each family in their election manifesto. Recently after completing 100 days of his second term as CM of Uttar Pradesh Yogi Adityanath announced the commencement of Parivar Card Yojana.

The Parivar Pehchan Patra in Haryana is mandatory to avail benefits of various government schemes and apply for citizen services as well. A similar setup of the Parivar Card is to be made in Uttar Pradesh as well in the coming days.
