Steps to Change Address in Voter ID Online
Step 1: Open the NVSP Portal https://www.nvsp.in/ in the browser
Step 2: Log in with your login ID and Password
Step 3: Select Migration to Another Place from Sidemenu
Step 4: A new page with options to change the address for yourself or your family members appears, Select Self if you are changing details for you and Family Member if you are changing details of a family member
Step 5: Select “Migration outside constituency” if you are migrating to another constituency and select “Migration within constituency” if you are migrating within the same constituency
Step 6: If you are migrating within the constituency Form 8A will open and if you are migrating to another constituency Form 6 will open. Fill out the respective forms, upload the photo and address proof and click on submit button to submit the application.
After successful submission you will be provided with a reference number, note down the reference number to check voter id address change status online.
Note: 1. For migrating outside the constituency you have to upload proof of age also.
