The Haryana Government led by Mr. Manohar Lal Khattar has launched an ambitious scheme named E-ADHIGAM (Advance Digital Haryana Initiative of Government with Adaptive Modules) in the field of education. Under the E-ADIHGAM scheme, free Tablets will be provided to the students of classes 12th, 11th, and 10th standard in the state who are studying in government schools.
The Education Minister of Haryana Mr. Kanwarpal Gurjar informed the press about the details of the E-ADHIGAM free Tablet scheme in Haryana. Mr. Kanwarpal Gurjar said the Haryana government is taking forward the Digital India campaign by providing free Tablets to students of classes 10, 11, and 12 in government schools. The free Tablet scheme in Haryana will commence on 5th May 2024 at the Tagore Auditorium of Maharishi Dayanand University, Rohtak.
Tablet distribution in 119 Education Blocks
Explaining the scheme in detail, the Education Minister said that we have 3 lakh tablets now. Apart from Rohtak, tablets will be distributed in 119 education blocks on May 5. Tablets will also be given to 33 thousand of PGT teachers. He told that 2 GB data will also be given with the tablet. Students will also be given one year warranty on the tablet.
Only Syllabus Will Open
Kanwarpal Gurjar told that the tablet will make it easier for the students to revise the syllabus. Only the syllabus will open on the free tablet provided by the Haryana government. The Education Minister said that the government will spend 620 crores on tablets, 50 crores on SIM and 10 crores on software.
The plan will prove to be a milestone
The Chief Minister said that the Haryana Government’s e-learning scheme E-ADHIGAM for free Tablet scheme would definitely prove to be a milestone in fulfilling the dream of Digital India of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. This scheme will prove to be effective for the online education of the students studying in government schools.
