One of the most crucial documents for an Indian citizen is their PAN card. It serves as both identification documentation and tax documentation. Here, you can find a step-by-step tutorial for updating the PAN card’s photos and signatures.
Their 10-digit Permanent Account number tracks a person’s financial history. It serves as identification proof. The PAN document must contain accurate information, notably your verified photo and signature, to obtain a credit card, investment, or loan.
Even though you can file your taxes using both your Aadhaar and PAN card, your PAN is still crucial because the Income Tax Department will issue PAN cards to those who haven’t linked their Aadhaar and PAN details. Therefore, you should immediately correct any mistakes in your PAN card information.
If you discover any discrepancies, you must follow the steps to change your PAN Card’s photo and signature.
