- Out of the options that would be displayed on the home page, select “Citizen Login”.

- Select the option “New User Registration” after clicking on “Login for Online Payment”.
- Enter all the personal information asked for, such as name, address, etc., along with the captcha code.
- After the filling is done, check all the details for any corrections. If no changes are required, select the “Submit” option. The applicant will be registered.
Sanchaya Confirmation: How to Confirm Registration?
The applicant can also verify if they are registered as a user. The applicant has to follow the steps written below to check their registration on Sanchaya Kerala:

- Out of the options that would be displayed on the home page, select “Citizen Login”.

- It will redirect to another page – tax.lsgkerala.gov.in – the official web page of LSG Kerala.
- From here, select the “Payment for Registered User” option.

- Under your preference, select any one option from Corporation, Gram Panchayat or Municipality.
- Choose your district.
- After tapping on the search button, the screen will show all the online Local Government entities.
- The site will open a new page after selecting the “EPay” option.

- In the form, information about your property will be shown along with the total amount of tax to be paid.
- Next, write the email ID, which is registered, cell phone number and the captcha code in the space provided.
- Select the option “Pay Now”.
- The site will open a new page for paying online. You can make the payment with Debit/Credit Cards, UPI or Net Banking, etc.
