Mukhya Mantri Shehri Awas Yojana Introduction

In the occasion of 75th Republic Day, Haryana Chief Minister announces to launch Mukhya Mantri Shehri Awas Yojana 2024 portal from 1st February 2024. Through Mukhyamantri Shehri Awas Yojana portal https://hfa.haryana.gov.in/ applicants can submit application to get 30 Gaj plots in 14 districts of Haryana. The portal will start accepting application from 1st Feb and the last date of submitting application is 15th Feb 2024. The scheme, beginning on February 1, 2024, allows citizens of Haryana with an annual income less than INR 1,80,000 to register for the Chief Minister Urban Housing Scheme. Beneficiaries will receive a loan from the bank, accompanied by a subsidy from the government. The application process requires a nominal fee, with the monthly EMI being set accordingly. Eligibility Criteria for Haryana Mukhya mantri Shehri Awas Yojana

To apply for the scheme, applicants must be residents of Haryana.

• The total verified annual income on the PPP portal should not exceed INR 1,80,000.
• Only residents of urban areas in Haryana are eligible for the scheme.
• Applicants or any family member should not own a permanent house in any urban area.
• A Family ID (PPP) is mandatory to avail the benefits of the scheme.

How to Apply for Mukhya mantri Shehri Awas Yojana

1. Visit the Haryana Housing for All portal: https://hfa.haryana.gov.in/
2. Click on the “Mukhya Mantri Shehri Awas Yojana” link from the menu.
3. Enter your PPP ID when prompted.
4. Click on the “Submit” button after entering the PPP ID.
5. Select the family member applying for the scheme.
6. Enter the four-digit OTP sent to the mobile number of the selected family member.
7. Verify the displayed details, including PPP ID, advance payment, loan amount, installment amount, property category, size, cost, and registration amount.
8. Submit the application and print a copy for your records.
