  3. Now Enter the OTP received.
  4. Select the card from the list if you have multiple Cards
  5. Under the Manage Card section Click on Services
  6. Now look for Other Actions tab
  7. Click on Card Closure
  8. Select the reason fom the list
  9. Click Continue and your application is submitted

2. Through Customer Care

  • Step 1: Call HDFC Bank’s customer care at 1800 202 6161 or 1860 267 6161.
  • Step 2: Request the cancellation of your credit card.
  • Step 3: Follow the verification process and confirm the closure.

3. Via Written Request

  • Step 1: Write a letter requesting the closure of your credit card, including your name, card number, and reason for closure.
  • Step 2: Send the letter to: Manager, HDFC Bank Credit Cards, PO Box No. 8654, Thiruvanmiyur, Chennai – 600041

4. Visiting a Branch

  • Step 1: Visit the nearest HDFC Bank branch.
  • Step 2: Fill out the Credit Card Closure Form.
