Open the website https://register.eshram.gov.in/#/user/self

A self-registration form will appear on the screen

Enter your mobile number which is linked to Aadhaar Card

Fill the captcha as shown on the screen

In the next step check boxes which says Are you a member of EPF and ESIC

Click on Send OTP

Enter the OTP received on your mobile and Click Submit

Now Enter your Aadhar Number and Click on I agree and Submit

A OTP will be received againg on your mobile number

Enter OTP and Click Validate

A form for personal information will appear
