Without a valid property ID, property owners may face difficulties in fulfilling legal and administrative requirements.

How to Register on the ULB Haryana NDC Portal

Steps for New User Registration:

  1. Visit the official NDC Haryana portal at https://property.ulbharyana.gov.in/.
  2. Click on the ‘New User Registration’ option.
  3. Provide the following details:
    • Full Name
    • Father’s/Husband’s Name
    • Mobile Number
    • Email Address
  4. An OTP will be sent to the registered mobile number and email address. Enter the OTP to verify your account.
  5. Once verified, set a username and password to complete the registration process.

Steps to Log In to the NDC Portal

For existing users:

  1. Go to the NDC Haryana portal.
  2. Select the ‘Citizen’ option under the user type.
  3. Log in using your mobile number, email ID, or property ID (PID).

After successful login, you will be redirected to the dashboard where multiple services can be accessed.

How to View and Verify Property Details

  1. Login to the NDC portal using your registered credentials.
  2. On the dashboard, select ‘Search Property’.
  3. Choose the relevant filters, such as:
    • Municipality
    • Colony
    • Property Category
    • Plot Number
  4. Use the ‘Search on Map’ option to locate your property visually on a satellite map.
  5. Property details, including ownership and tax information, will be displayed.

If discrepancies are found, users can proceed to correct the details (explained below).

Finding Your ULB Haryana Property ID

To find the Property ID:

  1. Log in to the NDC portal and navigate to the ‘Property ID Search’ option.
  2. Enter the details, such as:
    • District
    • Tehsil
    • Village or Town Name
    • Property Owner’s Name
  3. Click on ‘Search’, and a list of properties will be displayed. Locate your property and note the Property ID.

Correcting Property ID Details on the NDC Portal

To make corrections to your property details:

  1. Login to the NDC portal.
  2. Navigate to the dashboard and click ‘Search Property’.
  3. Locate your property using filters or the map.
  4. Review the property details. If any information is incorrect, click ‘No’ next to the relevant section.
  5. An ‘Update Details’ button will appear. Click to proceed.
  6. Enter the correct details and attach supporting documents, such as:
    • Sale Deed
    • Ownership Certificate
    • Identity Proof
  7. Click ‘Save Draft’ to submit the correction request.

Municipal authorities will review the submitted corrections and update the records after verification.

Transferring Property ID in Haryana

To transfer a property ID:

  1. Visit the nearest ULB office and obtain a transfer application form.
  2. Fill out the form with details of the current and new property owner.
  3. Attach the required documents, including:
    • Sale Deed
    • Encumbrance Certificate
    • Identity Proof of both parties
    • Latest Property Tax Receipts
    • No Objection Certificate (if applicable)
  4. Submit the form to the ULB office for processing.

Creating a New ULB Haryana Property ID

If a property does not have an existing Property ID or is newly constructed, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the NDC portal.
  2. Navigate to the ‘Search Property’ option and check if your property already exists.
  3. If not, select ‘Create New Property ID’.
  4. Provide details such as:
    • District, Municipality, and Colony
    • Owner’s Name and Mobile Number
    • Construction Details (floor-wise)
  5. Upload the necessary documents, including the layout plan and ownership proofs.
  6. Choose between normal and priority services for application processing.
  7. Submit the form and save the generated Application ID for tracking.

Self-Certifying Property Details

Self-certification involves confirming that the details of a property are accurate.

Steps:

  1. Log in to the NDC portal and select ‘View Details/Self Certify’.
  2. Verify property details under four sections:
    • Property Information
    • Owner Details
    • Mobile Number
    • Outstanding Dues
  3. Provide the Family ID (Parivar Pehchan Patra) for verification.
  4. If discrepancies exist, use the ‘Update Details’ option to correct them.

Checking the Status of Applications on the NDC Portal

To track your application:

  1. Log in to the NDC portal.
  2. Navigate to ‘Application Status’ under the home tab.
  3. Enter the Application ID and click ‘Check Status’.

Paying ULB Haryana Property Tax Online

To pay property tax follow the steps mentioned:

  1. Log in to the NDC portal with your Phone number and OTP.
  2. Select the ‘Property Tax Payment’ option.
  3. Enter your Property ID.
  4. Verify the tax amount and proceed with payment using online banking or card options.
  5. Download the payment receipt for future reference.

Downloading No Dues Certificate (NDC)

After tax payment, you can download the NDC:

  1. Go to the ‘Download NDC’ tab.
  2. Search using the transaction number or Property ID.
  3. Download and print the certificate.
