Steps to Pay E Challan Online

Step 1: Open the website https://echallan.parivahan.gov.in/

Step 2: Click on ‘Pay Online‘ button from the top menu

Step 3: A new window will appear on the screen, Click Challan Number, Vehicle Number or DL Number

  • If you have Challan Number with you, Click on Radio button against Challan Number and enter the number in the space provided, Fill the Captcha code and Click Get Details
  • If you don’t have Challan Number and want to check if your vehicle have any challans pending, then Click on radio button against vehicle number, Fill the Vehicle number and last Five digits on Engine Number or Chasis number in the space provided and click Get Details button

Step 4: A list of challans against the particular vehicle will be listed below, You can Print Challan, Pay Pending Dues and Print Receipt from here.

Step 5: If you want to pay the Challan, Click on Pay Now button and Enter Mobile number to receive the OTP

Step 6: Once you receive the OTP, Enter the received OTP in the space provided

Step 7: You will be redirected to online payment page, Pay the pending challan using Debit Card, Credit Card or Net Banking

Step 8: Download the receipt for future references
