The Kendriya Vidyalaya Sanghatan is now accepting application for admission in Class 1 from today. Parents who wish to admit their child to Class 1 in Kendriya Vidyalaya can submit KVS Admission Form online. The process of KVS Class 1 Admission will continue till 7:00 PM on March 21.
He age limit for child to be admitted to Class 1 is 6 years from this year earlier it was 5 years. Parents across the nation are not satisfied with the age limit introduced this year. The admission for KVS 2022 Class 1 is also open for children whose parents are woking in private jobs but the admission is subjected to number of seats available.

How To Fill KVS Admission 2022 Application Form
- Open the KVS Admission Portal https://kvsonlineadmission.kvs.gov.in/index.html
- Click on the link which says “Click Here For Register”
- Read all the instruction one by one carefully by clicking Go Next on each instruction
- Click the checkbox to accept all the terms and conditions and then click Proceed
- A form will open fill the details of Child, Email Id, Mobile Number and Click Register
- You will receive an OTP on mobile number and Click Verify
- Now you will receive Login Code on your registered mobile number, Use this code to login to portal
KVS Admission Eligibility Criteria 2022
Eligibility crieteria for admission into Kendriya Vidyalaya Class 1 are as follows:
- For admission into KVS Class 1 the child must complete 6 years of age as on 31st March 2022.
KVS Admission Documents Required
- Birth Certificate of Child (Only PDF of JPG format), Original document required at the time of admission.
- Passport Size Photograph (Only JPG format)
- Proof of Residence
- For children whose grandparents are PSU employees, a proef of relation of child parents with the PSU employee is required at the time of admission.
- Similarly of grandchildrens of KVS employee, a proof or relationshp is required.
- For Reserved category students relevant certificate are required
- For Single Girl Chid a form is available at the KVS portal which is to be submitted at the time of admission.

KVS Class 1 Admission Result
The first list of admission slected for admission into KVS Class 1 will be declared on 25th March 2022, If any seats left vacant after counselling the second list will be declared on 8th April 2022. The draw for admission into Class 1 KVS Admission 2022 will be held online and the links for which will be provided by the respective Kendriya Vidyalayas on their websites.
